After installing Virusquare and authorizing the app to access their Foursquare account, users continue to check in to venues via Foursquare as usual.

On every checkin, users acquire new collectibles and are notified with push notifications or email messages. If the user gets infected, he/she has to try to heal themselves.

Virusquare is designed to have biweekly rounds, and biweekly diseases. Viruses are randomly generated and always differ from the previous ones. This attribution is very similar to the human flu which is an annually recurring disease. As every virus’ vaccination is new, in every round, users need to find the required antidote in the sufficient quantity to fight the virus infection and heal themselves.
